At some point in life, even if for a moment, we all ask ourselves the question: “Who Am I?”
We might answer that question with our profession, our ethnicity, our role in the family, or something else… but, deep down, we know that there’s more to the story.
If we look within, we discover that inside each of us, there are many different “I’s”, each with their own desires and points of view. Unchecked, our many "I's" can lead us all over the place with no rhyme or reason, and they can lead us to make all types of decisions, which can often be contradictory to what we may really want.
We've all had the experience where we've desperately wanted something and then a short time after we get what we desire, we either forget about it or we ask why did we even want it in the first place? To go deeper, a great question to ask ourselves is what made us want that specific thing and why don't we want it anymore? What happened? Why did we make that choice? Did we make it consciously or from belief that we only thought were our own, but came from outside influences
What if there was a way that we could develop one central “I”, that allowed us to steer our lives in the direction that we want? What if this was the only way to be truly free?
