In a new relationship, what is it that scares us to say “I love you” first? What is it that makes it difficult to admit when we are wrong? Or communicating how we really feel?
For most of us who want to be seen, heard and understood - when we get a chance to really be seen for who we are, why are we so afraid? Is it really the rejection we feel externally or the rejection we have of ourselves internally? Is it really more difficult to be vulnerable than it is to constantly hold up a mask to ourselves and try to convince others that were are something other than what we really are?
What happens if we take a chance and be vulnerable and authentic – will we have a chance at real human connection?
Join Tina Wong and David Richeson in an experiential workshop with practical exercises to help us to discover how to live from our authentic selves.
