On the surface this seems like a straightforward question, but if you look at someone beyond their chronological age how would you know how old they are internally? We all go about our lives seemingly operating as our adult selves without recognizing the labyrinth of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, traditions, and expectations we have. If you look closer, you can see we may be mature in some aspects of our lives, but in others we take actions based on experiences and thoughts we had as children, internally frozen in time. This is the human dilemma, to not recognize how many of our choices, actions, and behaviors are unconscious, and are the reasons why we are where we are right now in our lives, for better or worse.
How do we break out of this prison to consciously choose what we want to do or be in any given moment? Alive, dynamic, fluid, creative….FREE!
