We all want to feel like we are growing and evolving so that we can live better lives. That could mean many things, including having more self-discipline, improving our ability to communicate and connect with others, and being more in tune and better able to express ourselves and how we really feel.
Many times we find ourselves “knowing” what we should do, or how we want to be. However “doing” what we “know” can be much more difficult. Evolution and transformation often require letting go of old ways (of thinking, ideas, behaviors, beliefs, habits, the way we do things, etc.), to create space for new possibilities and opportunities. This can be especially challenging if it involves a habit or way of being that we have been doing for years and even decades because it has become such a part of us that to let go of it makes us feel uncomfortable, confused, and fearful.
Join Rosemarie Ramsumair and Jeff Cylkowski for an interactive workshop where we will explore some of the dynamics of “letting go” in order to evolve, and how we can use practical Hermetic tools to better understand ourselves to foster changes within during this alchemical process.
