Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda: Letting Go of Regrets

$20$20.00

Speaker: Lighthouse Workshops

At some point in our lives, we have all done something we wish we hadn’t and maybe even wonder how our life might have turned out if we made different choices. Feelings of regret can pull us into reliving past events or even bring about worry and hesitation in making decisions in our present day that we may regret later. Regret can keep us caught between the past and the future - like driving a car and having one foot on the gas and the other foot on the brakes – it can wear us down and get us nowhere.

Fortunately, the opportunity for letting go of regrets is NOW. We all have the choice to move forward by having the courage and honesty to acknowledge what keeps us tied to the feeling of regret and what we have not yet made peace with within ourselves.

Join Tina Wong and Jason Stile on a journey to the present moment where we can learn to live more happily and free and enjoy each moment of our lives free from regrets.
