Finding your freedom — no matter what happens
In a year where most of us have been affected by mandatory lockdowns and procedures, there has been a lot of talk about what freedom is and whether we are losing it.
But true freedom goes far beyond whether we can go to a restaurant or if we have to wear a mask. Are we really free if we cannot overcome the persistent and unintended thoughts, feelings and actions that affect our lives negatively, often causing us to make the same mistakes over and over again?
How much more happy and free would we be if we were able to “rise above” those negative patterns so that we could live the lives we really want — truly free from what holds us back on the inside.
Join David Richeson and Tina Wong on a practical journey with exercises and discussion dedicated to helping you understand and begin to overcome where you may be blocked so that you can move one step closer to real, internal freedom.
