In situations where we feel betrayed or hurt by someone, it can be difficult to have tolerance and forgiveness when we feel someone has done us wrong, if we disagree with another person’s perspective, judge the way they choose to live or decisions they make, especially if it contradicts or impacts our own beliefs and way of life.
Tolerance and forgiveness is not something that “just happens” to us, but an active willingness to understand where our intolerance lies and what it would mean to forgive. If we can start to see the intolerances we have towards others, we can begin to understand our own intolerances towards ourselves. And when we can start to forgive ourselves for the things in our life that hold us back we can start to truly forgive others.
Join Jason Stile and Tina Wong in an experiential journey to inner peace through tolerance and forgiveness.
