Learning to transform negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions
into fuel and wisdom for spiritual growth.
2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. From the Covid pandemic and the various responses of different nations, to the current political climate in the U.S and around the world, including civil unrest, most everyone has been affected in some way. Many people are traumatized, others confused, and most of us are feeling uncertain of the future. Because of these circumstances, many of us are struggling with how to cope with our feelings of anxiety, fear, anger and possibly hopelessness.
With all this turmoil going on in the world is it possible to live in peace?
One of the hardest things to recognize and accept is that we don't have any control over what happens outside of us. However, we do have the potential to control what happens in our internal world, which is where true happiness is created. Having control over ourselves doesn’t mean shutting down or denying our negative emotions, feelings and thoughts, instead we use the acceptance of them and energy within them to be proactive creators of our lives rather than reactive victims. This skill is latent within each of us and can take a lifetime to cultivate, but it is the only way to true happiness no matter what is happening around you.
Come join us for an interactive workshop where we will discover and experience the power of practicing Hermetic Philosophy to enable each person to be happy and to have a positive effect not only on our own lives, but those around us and the world.
