The Importance of Personal Energy

What does it mean to “have energy”? People often perceive having energy through a specific personality trait, like being bubbly, smiley, friendly, outgoing, or happy – without considering the multiple facets of energy.  Could you have energy and be calm and serene, and do you have to be calm and serene to “have energy”?

It would be correct to say people need energy to do things as they live their lives, like working, playing, loving, etc., but this definition is only partially true. There is a deeper and more profound reason for personal energy and why our level of it is important – spiritual development.  Without developing a certain kind of energy beyond the typical effort it takes to go through the motions of our daily lives, we cannot grow spiritually and attain our spiritual goals.

Join David Owens and Deanna Smith on Saturday, September 24th, to discuss and explore the importance of developing this personal energy, and the multiple ways in which it impacts our lives.
